Meeting Notes

Dear colleagues,

You are cordially invited to attend our Spring meeting, "MINT Ideen für den Unterricht" at Raleigh Charter High School on Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 9:00-4:00 hosted by Petra Martignoni. Many NC-AATG colleagues will be offering information and strategies in 20-minute presentations for teaching with science, technology, engineering and math themes at the K-12 and university levels. The conference is made possible by the generous support of AATG.

We hope the topic of the conference will be of interest to you. All AATG members and prospective members are welcome to attend. The conference also provides an excellent opportunity to meet with colleagues of all levels, to learn about new, innovative ideas, to revisit how we can sustain and strengthen German programs across the state, and to participate in organizational decisions that will impact our chapter. During the business meeting we will elect members for the executive counsel of our chapter, receive important information on German Day (Wake Forest University on Wednesday, March 5, 2014), vote on the German Day T-shirt design, and learn who are the NC-AATG awards nominees for 2014. It is also a great way to earn CEUs and for non-members to meet with fellow professionals and weigh the benefits of membership. A light breakfast, lunch and Kaffee Klatsch will be provided.

We look forward to seeing you!

Lunch at our Spring 2014 Meeting
