Directions to Guilford College: From I-40 West (Asheville,
Boone, Cullowhee, Hickory, etc.) take the Guilford College Road exit.
At the top of the ramp turn left at the light and continue north on Guilford
College Road (it will pass through Market Street). Once Guilford College
Rd. passes Friendly Avenue, Guilford College is on the right. Go through
the next light and then turn right into the parking lot to Guilford College.
From I-40 East/I-85 North (Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh, Wilmington, etc)
when you approach Greensboro and the interstates split take the I-40 West
towards Asheville. Take the Guilford College Road exit. At the top of
the ramp turn right at the light and continue north on Guilford College
Road (it will pass through Market Street). Once Guilford College Rd. passes
Friendly Avenue, Guilford College is on the right. Go through the next
light and then turn right into the parking lot to Guilford College.
From I-85 South (Charlotte, Gastonia, Shelby, etc.) As you approach Greensboro
from the south, take the exit marked to I-40 West (it is the one after
the Holden Road exit). Continue on and get on I-40 West towards Asheville.
Take the Guilford College Road exit. At the top of the ramp turn right
at the light and continue north on Guilford College Road (it will pass
through Market Street). Once Guilford College Rd. passes Friendly Avenue,
Guilford College is on the right. Go through the next light and then turn
right into the parking lot to Guilford College.
From U.S. 220 (Asheboro) As you approach Greensboro from the south pass
over the I-85 North/South interchange. Continue on and get on I-40 West
towards Asheville. Take the Guilford College Road exit. At the top of
the ramp turn right at the light and continue north on Guilford College
Road (it will pass through Market Street). Once Guilford College Rd. passes
Friendly Avenue, Guilford College is on the right. Go through the next
light and then turn right into the parking lot to Guilford College.
From U.S. 421 (Fayetteville, Sanford, Siler City, etc.) As you approach
Greensboro from the south take the I-40 West/I-85 South ramp. It is somewhat
tricky because you pass under the interstate and make a left turn onto
the entrance ramp to the interstate. When you approach Greensboro and
the interstates split take the I-40 West towards Asheville. Take the Guilford
College Road exit. At the top of the ramp turn right at the light and
continue north on Guilford College Road (it will pass through Market Street).
Once Guilford College Rd. passes Friendly Avenue, Guilford College is
on the right. Go through the next light and then turn right into the parking
lot to Guilford College.
